La Pastaia

Pasta aus Hamburg


Das Familienunternehmen „La Pastaia“ wurde 1986 gegründet mit dem Ziel, frische, hausgemachte von höchster Qualität nach alten traditionellen Familienrezepten herzustellen. Frisch bedeutet auch wirklich frisch, denn die Pasta von La Pastaia wird täglich frisch hergestellt mit besten Zutaten und freilich ohne Zusatz von Konservierungsstoffen. Der Pastateig aus Hartweizengrieß der Klasse SSSE (und viel Ei) wird mit original italienischen Pasta Maschinen hergestellt. Dabei wird er durch Matrizen aus Messing gedrückt und erhält so eine leicht aufgeraute Oberfläche, an der die Saucen gut haften bleibt. Die Produktvielfalt reicht von Schnittnudeln von zwei bis zwölf Millimetern Breite über Cannelloni und Lasagneplatten bis Gnocchi und gefüllte Pasta-Spezialitäten. Als Füllung für letztere bietet das Hamburger Familienunternehmen zum Beispiel Käse-Ruccola, Hummer und Steinpilze. Gnocchi gibt es mit Pesto, Gorgonzola, Kürbis und Trüffel sowie Spargel-Füllung. Teigplatten für Lasagne gibt es neben Natur auch in Grün (Spinat) und Rot (Tomate). Abnehmer der hausgemachten Pasta ist überwiegend der Großhandel Kreuzfahrtschiffe und Feinkosthändler. Endverbraucher haben jedoch auch die Chance, über einen Werksverkauf in den Genuss der hausgemachten Pasta- und Saucenspezialitäten zu kommen.
